November 21: The Sun moves into Sagittarius, and we begin our journey towards the end-of-year solstice as we gather the fire of Truth into our hearts. Happy birthday dear Sagittarius friends, may your arrow find its mark on your birthday!
The planet Jupiter rules Sagittarius, bestowing those with strong Sagittarius placements in their chart (Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Mercury or Venus) a love of expanded horizons and ever-widening ideas. Travel and philosophy – on whatever level – are the hallmark of this sign.

November 21, 2021, at 9:33 pm EST: While still internalizing the profound effects of the lunar eclipse in Taurus, we are asked to switch gears and embrace the light and expansion which is showered upon the earth during the Sun’s journey through the sign of Sagittarius. Mindset planet Mercury will join the Sun in Sagittarius on November 24, encouraging us to express our strong opinions and speak from the heart until mid-December.
Mars lingers in Scorpio until December 14: may we continue to act with purpose and passion, not giving way to fear. The real adjustment comes at the end of the season, when Venus moves retrograde on December 20. Venus rules presents, luxury, clothes, decor and beauty. When she is retrograde, she is challenged. Try to avoid holiday shopping after December 17 as you may regret your choices and could most likely overspend. Best to get everything done early this year!

We are asked to bear in mind events and insights which came to us during the Full Moon lunar eclipse on November 19, and to integrate these more fully into our lives. This is also the final eclipse cycle in Gemini-Sagittarius as the Nodes of the Moon shift into Taurus-Scorpio. What does this mean for us?
This is a powerful time to release emotional baggage we have been carrying since May 2020 and to move on. We cannot enter a new paradigm unless we leave our suitcase at the door. Gemini-Sagittarius is about traveling light, opening your mind, and knowing when to let go and laugh. Set your intentions at this time and open yourself to a new beginning. A mindset that is able to let go of memories and cultivate presence is your biggest asset now.

December 18, 2021, 11:35 pm EST: Full Moon at 27° Gemini. In the Full Moon chart Venus approaches Underworld Lord, Pluto, as she begins to move retrograde. Attention is brought to bear on how we communicate and relate to others.
The Full Moon, without fail, draws our energy, and we are always asked to be extra mindful at this time. Can we let this cosmic energy flow through us, and yet not be caught up in its web of reactivity? With Venus-Pluto, emotions can run very deep.
Are you able to immerse yourself in the magnificence of life, feel its sensuous beauty, and yet keep yourself intact?
