Vernal Equinox and Solar Eclipse

Early Spring in Pieront on the Day of the Uranus-pluto 7th Square, March 17, 2015

We are living in momentous times! As I write (Tuesday, March 17, at 9:50 pm), the 7th and final exact square of Uranus and Pluto is taking place! For all of us here on earth, this is a time to take action, to move forward, and to stop making excuses for ourselves.

For those of you born between April 2 to 5, July 4 to 7, October 6 to 9 and January 3 to 6, or who have a planet or Angle at 15 degrees of Cardinal signs, you’re feeling the jolt to move forward in your lives even more so than others – use the available energy to aim for your highest potential. You’re going to see a lot more varied action in April, September and December, so, as the British say, please “Keep Calm and Carry On”.

If you feel an unexplained heaviness, seriousness or even gloom since the weekend, don’t dismay, especially if you were born May 23 to 25 or November 24 to 26, or have a personal point or planet at 4 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini or Virgo (if you’re unsure and would like a copy of your natal chart, please email me). The feeling will pass, and the New Moon on Friday, March 20, will give us all a fresh start.

This special New Moon heralds the birth of the astrological year and marks the Vernal Equinox for us here in the Northern hemisphere and the Autumnal Equinox for our Southern hemisphere readers.

Another element which could cause you to transmogrify this Friday is that the New Moon is preceded by a total Solar Eclipse at 29 Pisces, visible to those of you on the Faroe Islands (Kingdom of Denmark). The light of the Sun will be temporarily interrupted… be sensitive to what might be revealed after the shadow has passed.

May the Sun Shine upon you,
Catherine
